Haven't ordered from here in about a year, because the pizzas were just never good... A few weeks ago, I decided to give them another try... I don't know who the cook was that night, but I think it was the best Papa John's pizza I've ever had... Keep up the good work.
Worst place I have been. We had an issue with our online order and the Manager would not even take the time to help us and the front desk person didn't know how to fix the issue. Will not return to this store
They made our last pizza wrong, and gave us a credit for another free. Just went to order the free one and they said there was absolutely no record of it, and would not honor it. After reading through these reviews, seems like a common problem. Hometown pizza from now on for us!
Only Papa John's I've ever been to that charges for packets of Parmesan, special seasoning and red pepper!! It's ridiculous and greedy! I bought a large pizza and wanted like 2 packets of each lady waited til after I paid to tell me they charge and tried to ring it up separate. I told her to forget it! How insulting $13 for a large pizza and you can't get a few packets of seasoning with it... C-R-A-Z-Y!!
WILL NEVER BE BACK. AFTER 3 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST 2 MONTHS OUR ORDERS WERE WRONG. THIS LAST TIME WE WERE TO GET 2 PIZZAS AND ONE WAS TO BE FREE BECAUSE IT WAS WRONG THE PREVIOUS TIME. WHEN WE GOT TO LOCATION TO REORDER THEY HAD NO RECORD OF WHAT WE WERE TOLD ABOUT OUR ORDER. SO THEY WENT ON AND SAID THEY WOULD GIVE 1 PIZZA TO REPLACE AND I ALSO ORDERED 1 MORE. AFTER WAITING 35 MINUTES THEY ONLY FIXED 1 PIZZA AND DIDN'T FIX THE 2ND ONE. SO I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR MY 2ND PIZZA AND THEN AFTER WAITING THIS PIZZA WAS ALSO WRONG. THE GUY AT COUNTER SAID OH, MY BAD, I REMEMBER NOW.... AT THIS TIME HE SAID SO WHAT DO U WANT US TO DO. I HAD BEEN HERE OVER 1 HR AND MY OTHER PIZZA IS COLD AND THIS ONE IS WRONG..... ITS PLAIN TO SEE THAT THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY GIVE OR IF ORDERS ARE CORRECT. I JUST WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT I WALKED OUT. AND WHAT'S SO BAD THE MANAGER (YOUNG GUY) WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK MY ORDER.... WILL NEVER GO BACK ......HOME TOWN PIZZA HAS MY BUSINESS 100%
