They don’t want your business and they don’t deserve it. Once they fire the redneck manager who is the rudest person I have ever met in the service industry, maybe it’s worth trying again. The guy doesn’t care about business or customer service, if you have a problem he will just hang up on you, that is if you can get him on the phone, then if you call back they immediately put you on hold. Nice.
